You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything posted under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use InkGuild for its purpose: discussing tattoo design, technique and related craft. Harassment, spam, illegal content and copyright infringement are prohibited — see our community guidelines for details.

Your content

InkGuild does not claim ownership of your artwork or other content. Anything you post or upload remains yours. By posting or uploading content, you grant InkGuild only a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it on the platform so that other members can view it. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where copies are retained briefly for backups or moderation records.

Moderation and termination

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the community guidelines, with or without notice, at our discretion.

InkGuild is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for content posted by members.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of InkGuild after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
